Responsibilities of the Position
1.To be in charge of providing the program with marketing strategies; To set the development objectives of the program; To make marketing plans;
2.To make the annual plan of market promotion involving marketing activities, advertisement deliveries and the development and maintenance of channels;
3.To collect, monitor and investigate market information; To get timely informed of various kinds of market intelligence and the policies and information of the industry;
4.To plan and manage the budget of marketing activities; To make the best of budget to deliver advertisements and marketing activities efficiently and reasonably;
5.To be in charge of the whole recruitment and consultant team; To lead the team to fulfill the annual recruitment objective.
1.Bachelor degree or above; Working experience of more than 3 years; Team management experience of more than 1 year;
2.Knows well about the whole operational process of Overseas Study program; Has successful experience of program-running;
3.Has a sensitive awareness of business and market and strong abilities of analyzing and solving problems; Be totally capable of integrating resources and pushing business forward;
4.Has a strong planning ability; Knows well about the operating models of various media; Has successful experience of organizing grand market promotion activities;
5.Has excellent team management abilities and communicative skills.
To be responsible for the product design, marketing and program operation of the high-end training program of Zhuoer; To lead the team to accomplish intended objectives.
1. To be in charge of product planning and the design of high-end training program;
2. To be in charge of the making of marketing strategies; To monitor the progress of marketing work and how well it is going;
3. To be in charge of managing the performance of teaching and other educational services; To improve the students’ learning experience and results;
4. To be in charge of the development and management of the resources of educational products, including teaching faculty and cooperative partners.
1.Bachelor degree or above; Working experience of more than 5 years; Team management experience of more than 3 years;
2.Be familiar with education and training industry; Be experienced in designing and developing training products;
3.Has rich resources of public relations; Be experienced in planning and conducting the marketing activities of training products;
4.Possesses sharp market insight and strain capacity; Has original views and judgments upon the education and training market;
5.Has excellent communicative skills, teamwork spirit and innovative spirit.
